While at university, Bailey launched ‘Bailey Creates’ creating self-care and wellbeing-themed illustrations and products. Their aim is to use art to promote mental health and wellbeing empowering people to take control of their own self-care.

 Bailey joined cartwheel in 2020 on a six month placement through the Kickstart scheme as a project assistant.  

Bailey’s current role in digital inclusion means working on a wide range of projects designed to empower communities. This work embedding digital inclusion in all Cartwheel Arts’ projects.

Through their work as Coordinator for the GM Creative Health Network, Bailey blends IT skills with a passion for promoting creative health across Greater Manchester. 

The network dedicated to integrating creativity into our everyday lives to improve health and wellbeing and reduce societal and health inequalities.

Bailey’s artistic practice is in digital illustrations, while exploring a range of mediums like embroidery, collage, painting, and print-making,informed by a belief in a positive intersection of art and mental health.
