- Health professionals
- Arts organisations
- The education sector, students and academics
- Freelance creative practitioners
- The voluntary sector
About the conference
The UK-wide charity MIND says the country is facing a mental health crisis.
BMA statistics reveal a growing demand for mental health services across all age groups, from adults to children and young people.
However, Greater Manchester has developed a joined-up approach through the GM Creative Health Strategy to build improved health outcomes, including better mental health, through arts and culture.
The city region is leading the way.
The IMPACT: Reflect + Respond conference is aimed at both those experienced in this area and organisations and individuals who want to know more, build their knowledge and learning and forge connections within the arts and mental health sector.
The conference features presentations on programmes and research, workshops, and performances.
The event is aimed at those experienced in this area and those who want to know more, build their knowledge and learning, and forge connections within the arts and mental health sector.
Join us to reflect on the changes and developments in high-quality participatory arts practise that support the health and well-being of diverse communities across the North West and explore how we can respond to the challenges we may face in the future and emerging opportunities.

Free lunch and refreshments are provided.
The conference is an excellent networking opportunity.
