After studying Geography at the University of St Andrews, Sandy has progressed through a number of roles in both the private & public sectors.

He has 20 years experience of HR roles. He moved to Lancashire in Dec 2014 and currently he is the Staff Engagement Lead for Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.

He co-ordinates a creative writing group in the Rossendale Valley and has an interest in the spoken word and visual arts.He is hoping to bring creativity and a level of strategic thinking to the Board.

Sandy is a member of RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce)

Cartwheel Arts needs to have a sustainable future, so he is looking forward to helping shape that, working with other Board members and supporting the team in their valuable project work.
